As a Training Coordinator, you will manage the coordination, scheduling and tracking of training initiatives to ensure proper execution and maximize upfront discounts and back-end rebates with OEM partners. You will also monitor engineering skill sets and direct employees to obtain or maintain necessary certifications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for all upcoming trainings including travel logistics
  • Communicate with customers and trainers to book and schedule training sessions
  • Order and maintain all required materials for training sessions
  • Create Trainer Packets, consisting of a class roster, survey, logistics information, onsite contact information, student and trainer materials
  • Maintain a shared Training Calendar, training pipeline in CRM, and manage employee resource planning
  • Collect all post-training documentation
  • Prepare and maintain vendor reports and partner data sheets
  • Maintain database of curriculum and engineer certifications, ensure engineers maintain or obtain required certifications 
  • Obtain and process documents necessary to book and invoice trainings
  • Create and track training surveys
  • Work with outside vendors to obtain funding and follow up for payment
  • Work with marketing to design flyers and brochures and training web pages
  • Produce reports to track training statistics

Job Knowledge/Skills:

  • Skilled knowledge and experience developing, tracking, and executing training programs
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to troubleshoot flow processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Able to handle multiple projects at one time and be very results-oriented
  • Able to work well both independently and in a team environment; must be a self-starter

Education and Experience:  

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience with training-related focus
  • Strong expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint
