ePlus is looking for an enthusiastic, strategic and forward thinking Senior Recruiter focused on quality over quantity.  This individual will be solely focused on finding high end, experienced sales talent, assisting with accelerating the hiring process, providing full-cycle talent acquisition services from branding and evangelizing the ePlus message through sourcing, selecting and recruiting top talent, while mentoring team members and serving as a leadership representative within our organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting high end, experienced sales talent with IT Technology experience
  • Serve as the recruitment liaison with hiring managers
  • Continuously create and maintain candidate database for current and future hires
  • Assist with creation of job description and maintain as needed
  • Post and advertise open job positions by utilizing the following methods:
    • External job boards
    • Social media and social recruiting sites
    • ePlus Intranet and internal job boards
  • Keep abreast of local companies and competitors for potential candidates
  • Analyze resumes to determine suitability of candidate for interviewing
  • Screen candidates
  • Partner with recruiting coordinator to set up candidate interviews including tracking in HRIS
  • Ensure candidate experience is exceptional (i.e. timely and seamless)
  • Determine the suitability of an applicant for employment by analyzing results of interview and completed application
  • Make recommendations of hires to managers
  • Ensure hiring managers are following proper hiring practices
  • Follow up on acceptance of offer to candidate
Requirements

Job Knowledge/Skills:

  • Direct experience sourcing and recruiting passive sales candidates
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Federal, State and  Local laws regarding employment practices & recruitment
  • Considerable skill in interviewing techniques
  • Sensitivity to corporate needs, employee goodwill and public image
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 10+ years of previous sales recruitment experience for an IT company
  • Familiarity with recruiting using social media required
  • CIR certification preferred
