The Senior Human Resources Administrator is an integral role supporting the Talent Acquisition team contributing to the overall success by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project implementation throughout the recruiting and hiring process.  This role is critical in ensuring a quality candidate experience that is aligned with ePlus values. 

This person must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to build relationships.  The Human Resources Administrator will be motivated, well-organized and results driven.  A proven ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner is required. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and track Opportunities once validated as open roles
  • Process and create new hire offers to include approvals, offer creation and  background review
  • Create compensation plans as part of the offer process when requested
  • Liaison between candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager through the offer process
  • Process the candidate paperwork upon acceptance prior to handing off to HR for Onboarding
  • Participate in the incentive compensation management software (Obero/Xactly) integration and act as primary contact for WorkForce Management compensation updates
  • Receive, approve and track requests for Contractors and Temporary employees and work with managers and agencies to fill these roles when needed
  • Work in the Applicant Tracking System to support recruiting and hiring functions
  • Monitor the Legal review of Non-Compete/Non-Solicitation Agreements when applicable
  • Document procedures and create workflow documents to be used to train new hires on Talent Acquisition processes
  • Update and create reports and distribution lists as needed
  • Work with HR Management, Legal and employees on Immigration and visa requests
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and projects in support of the Talent Acquisition team as defined by management
  • Serve as a backup to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead when requested

Job Knowledge/Skills:

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel required
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems is a plus (Ultipro preferred)
  • Knowledge of compensation management software is a plus (Obero/Xactly)
  • Excellent attention-to-detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving  and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
  • Customer service oriented
  • Demonstrated focus on team success

Education and Experience:

  • 3-4 years previous office work experience required, preferably in Human Resources, Employee Staffing or Customer Service
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
