As a Sales Operations Coordinator you will coordinate, organize and report the activities of the applicable region’s sales efforts.  Your primary role is to compile sales management reports, coordinate sales activity, and support the day-to-day functions of the Account Executives, Sales management and Operational departments.

Job Responsibilities:

SLED Procurement Contract Support:

  • Liaison with Customer, Vendors, Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Accounting, and Operations in support of large SLED procurement contract
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the contract to provide guidance and information on best practices, both internally and with our customers and vendors
  • Oversee quotes and orders to ensure contracts compliance
  • Prepare contract reports for customer and vendors

    Reporting:

  • Provide all sales activity reports as directed by (SD,RVP,SVP)
  • Provide forecasting and pipeline analytical data to be used by management
  • Expense report review and submission
  • Monthly pre-commission’s report review and distribution
  • Provide any ad hoc reports as needed for the sales organization and management

    Sales Support:

  • Serve as an escalation point for regional sales teams on all operational issues
    • Order cost/margin corrections
    • ETA’s and Delivery issues
    • Backlog
    • Customer satisfaction issues
  • Serve as the liaison between the sales organization and other internal ePlus departments in order to:
    • Resolve sales operations issues
    • Split shipment accruals
    • Track account sharing and AE profit splits
    • Oversee CRM and SalesTrak Change processes
    • Coordinate Vendor /Sales events and training to include:
    • Submission and approval of all required documentation (VFR)
    • Venue selection and onsite coordination at events
    • Invitation selection, attendance tracking, CRM and ROI reporting

      Other Support Activities:

  • Coordinate meeting schedules, provide required materials and assist in presentation development
  • Serve as a backup for all order approvals as needed
  • Main point of contact for calls coming through the main switchboard
Requirements

Job Knowledge/Skills:

  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task and follow-up independently on a wide-range of issues
  • Working knowledge of computers and equipment
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills
  • Adept in the use of Microsoft office suite

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
  • Experience with Cisco and/or SLED procurement contracts
  • Previous  sales operations experience is a plus
