As an ePlus Sales Director, your key objectives will be to increase team revenue and increase ePlus’ market presence across the New York City metro area.  You will manage a team of seasoned sales executives by aggressive selling into current and future customer sites. You must have experience as a strong sales leader who is both strategic minded and tactical in sales approach. Experience in Finance space highly preferred as well as a strong network in the NY metro area.

From strategy to fulfillment to managed services, our engineering-centric solutions enable our clients to realize what it means for technology to do more.

Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve regional quota
• Strategic planning and business development
• Help identify and develop new account customers while mentoring Account Executives as needed
• Increase annual revenue from each existing account
• Recruit and train account executives
• Profit/Budget
• Conduct business in a professional, competent and ethical manner
• 30% business travel is required

Job Knowledge/Skills:
• Knowledge of e-business solution environment and financing
• Must demonstrate ability to qualify, penetrate, and close new accounts
• High level of presentation skills is required
• Team oriented sales approach is a must
• Possess ability to work independently

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years sales management experience preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years successful technology sales experience with at least 8 years consistent quota achievement

Physical Requirements of Position:
Ability of finger dexterity to be used primarily to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects or pinching fingers together. Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands and / or fingers. Speech ability must be at a level where one must convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly or quickly. Hearing ability must be at a level to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information. Visual ability must be average with ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery. Physical strength for sedentary work with sitting most of the time. May have to exert or lift up to 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally.
