As a Professional Services Manager, you will successfully lead professional services delivery resources and operations success based upon budgetary impact, successful deadline achievement, successful achievement of customer satisfaction and ability to accurately manage all engagements with internal and external customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Ability to support professional services organization by leading a team of consulting engineers, providing process improvement and articulation of all types of consulting services including planning, resource scheduling, resource management and overall profitability.

  • Provide leadership to build team skills in order to provide quality and cost-effective consulting deliverables
  • Lead teams of internal and external resources in order to deliver desired business outcomes for customers
  • Mentor and educate team members on repeatable services methodologies and best practices
  • Ensure high client satisfaction levels, building a strong base of referenceable accounts
  • Work closely with sales and technical consulting leadership to manage all post-sales activities
  • Guarantee successful implementation of all client projects using professional project management principles
  • Serve as escalation point on all client issues and concerns
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Vendors and Post-Sales Support to resolve customer issues
  • Monitor and manage internal resource utilization to drive the highest utilization possible for their team
  • Collaborate with other regions’ service management teams to share resources, when applicable
  • Develop training and certification plans and roadmaps for members of their team
  • Produce monthly project status and financial reports to senior management

Job Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong skills working with upper management and inter-department functions
  • Proficient with standard office tools (MS Suite, others)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and writen
  • Minimal cross-region travel requirements and some intra-regional travel

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in business/computing technologies or related work equivalent required
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience and expertise in technical consulting and project leadership, and/or diversified business role
