As a Lifecycle Advisor Program Manager, you will execute and maintain the LCA (Life Cycle Advisor) Program, expanding it to other manufacturers, as required. You will manage the creation of Customer Success Plans in collaboration with regional resources, and supporting Sales and Pre-Sales resources by identifying eligible SKUs and creating plans around them.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide companywide program coordination, working with regional account teams and sales engineers on creating and tracking progress toward customer business outcomes
  • Plan, prepare, deliver, and track customer success plans
  • Engage national and regional presales resources to assist in creating and tracking customer success plans and business outcome documents
  • Partner with corporate resources to generate and review reports, track metrics and create business cases
  • Collaborate with management to utilize metrics to make business decisions
  • Complete required training per development plan and maintain appropriate certifications
  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely fashion
  • Assist with building and maintaining processes, process documentation, and process automation tools
  • Assist management with procedure and function improvements
  • Other duties, as assigned

Requirements

Job Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of project management and process development
  • Strong knowledge of ePlus pre- and post-sales processes
  • Working knowledge of professional services quoting and Statement of Work (SOW) creation
  • Working knowledge of Network, Unified Communications, and Data Center Infrastructure
  • Excellent organizational Skills
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent attention-to-detail
  • Excellent oral presentation skills

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field desired
  • Three or more years of experience managing and quoting professional services
  • Three or more years of experience in providing pre-sales engineering support or project management
  • Experience with managing large spreadsheets and data analysis
  • PMI Certification desired
  • Technical Certifications in Networking or Data Center related area are a plus
