As a Documentation Administrator III, you will coordinate the preservation and storage of accounting documentation and provide project assistance to the Accounting Department.

From strategy to fulfillment to managed services, our engineering-centric solutions enable our clients to realize what it means for technology to do more.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents to be scanned
  • Scan and edit documents using applicable software
  • Upload scans to internal file folders and applications
  • Organize, maintain and update internal folder hierarchy
  • Catalogue all scanned documents and send to off-site storage
  • Strategically plan and coordinate document storage
  • Document and recommend effective changes to processes and policies
  • Actively participate in team and department meetings
  • Provide research assistance to the accounting operations department, as required
  • Perform other duties as requested, in order to meet goals and objectives

Job Knowledge/Skills:

  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Knowledge of excel and word
  • Strong team player
  • PC Proficient

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role
