As a Director of Partner Marketing, you will provide strategic and tactical marketing support to the ePlus partner and alliance ecosystem in conjunction with ePlus Go-To-Market Solutions and Services.

From strategy to fulfillment to managed services, our engineering-centric solutions enable our clients to realize what it means for technology to do more.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and execute innovative marketing campaign strategies and tactics to maximize awareness and generate demand utilizing a variety of mechanisms including but not limited to:
    • email/nurture campaigns
    • social media
    • digital marketing
    • advertising
    • web content
    • landing pages
    • videos
    • case studies
    • solution collateral/briefs
    • eBooks, infographics
    • newsletters
    • webinars
    • intranet/field enablement resources
    • customer events
    • trade shows
    • special promotions
  • Collaborate on a regular basis with:
    • ePlus Digital, Social, PR, Regional, Operations and virtual resources
    • Key relationship owners on marketing activities aligned with partner focus areas
    • ePlus Business Development Team for funding/planning across partner ecosystem.
    • ePlus Sales Operations Team to track and report pipeline and ROI.
  • Develop quarterly and annual partner marketing plans, providing visibility on future tactics and ability to track success across executed activities
  • Regular analysis of all partner marketing and demand generation activities for the ePlus Alliance/Partner Portfolio to support partner ROI requirements as well as determine success or course correction if necessary
  • Travel required for key events

Job Knowledge/Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years related marketing experience, preferably in channel marketing, IT, or related technology
  • Expertise in creating innovative, digital marketing demand generation programs, a high level of social media marketing expertise, marketing automation experience (preferably Marketo)
  • Demonstrated experience promoting technology solutions to end users and partners
  • Strong working knowledge of media production (web, HTML, etc)
  • Copywriting capabilities
  • Experience in planning and project management while managing multiple priorities
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and oral), organizational, analytical and computer skills (MS Office preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM and Marketo is preferred
  • Highly motivated, able to manage resources and collaborate with key teams
  • Prior experience communicating with all levels of management

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
  • 5 years of management experience preferred
