As a part time Contracts Assistant, you will support the administrative and operational activities of the Contracts Department. You will represent the team by professionally and accurately maintaining department documentation and facilitating inquiries of both internal and external constituents. 

From strategy to fulfillment to managed services, our engineering-centric solutions enable our clients to realize what it means for technology to do more.

Hours for this position will be 2:00pm - 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as initial point of contact and respond to requests and inquiries submitted to the Contracts Department from ePlus personnel
  • File, scan and transmit contract and RFP documents to meet deadlines and customer expectations
  • Respond to customer requests related to ePlus’ insurance coverage, including tracking distribution of annual insurance certificates
  • Review and prepare legally binding documents, such as non-disclosure agreements and annual certifications, for execution by senior officers of ePlus Technology, inc. and its affiliates
  • Help maintain relevant hard copy files, ensuring that electronic files are current, complete and accurate
  • Support administrative tasks related to RFP requests, on an as-needed basis
  • Carry out other administrative tasks related to the contract negotiation, approval and signature process, as needed
Requirements

Job Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; clear, concise writing is essential
  • Exceptional administrative and organizational skills
  • Able to work effectively as a team player within a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, with a focus on customer service.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with basic business communication tools, including the Microsoft Office suite, is required
  • IT service provider or value added reseller background is a major plus
