As a Business Development Representative, you will support the field sales organization by setting appointments for Account Executives and making reservations for marketing events and seminars.

From strategy to fulfillment to managed services, our engineering-centric solutions enable our clients to realize what it means for technology to do more.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Set face-to-face appointments and teleconferences for Account Executives
  • Generate interest for sales events and promotional activities
  • Enter account and contact information in Microsoft CRM
  • Mail and email literature to prospects
  • Perform market research to find prospective contacts


Job Knowledge/Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally
  • Knowledge of office equipment and functions
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Multi-task oriented; strong organizational skills

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required; College degree preferred
  • Previous experience working directly with sales personnel
  • Previous experience in technology industry
