As a Business Development Executive for ePlus On Demand Services, you will help develop and grow On Demand/Staffing Services sales, in an assigned territory.  You will serve as an overlay resource to the regional sales organization, driving awareness, training, and developing sales in both a sell-to and sell-through model. 

From strategy to fulfillment to managed services, our engineering-centric solutions enable our clients to realize what it means for technology to do more.

Job Responsibilities:

Serve as primary territory liaison responsible for driving objectively measured incremental growth of ePlus’ On Demand Services.

  • Work with field sales organization to assist with training and skills development for selling of On Demand Services.
  • Lead efforts for On Demand Services demand generation campaigns.
  • Collaborate with existing ePlus field sales and services leadership.  Analyze and prioritize selling activity within existing accounts that will drive efficient sales growth of On Demand Services.
  • Develop joint marketing plan to recommend tactics and assist the field with regularly scheduled demand generation activities within territory.
  • Ongoing training and development of supported sales and SE staff relative to On Demand Services.
  • Manage accurate forecasting of On Demand Services for assigned regions.
  • Meet or exceed financial targets for On Demand Services sales.
  • Collaborate with peers across other markets to share best practices and develop a consistent approach for positioning which yields optimal results for the organization.
Requirements

Job Knowledge/Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience selling On Demand / Staffing services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well in matrix-managed environment.
  • Proven ability to leverage subject matter experts to further the sales process.
  • Possess ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned territory.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience selling staffing services solutions with significant business development responsibilities.
  • BA/BS in Business, Management, Computer Science or Engineering fields preferred.
  • Sales leadership experience preferred.
  • Proven success selling solutions at the CXO and VP level.
