As an Associate Technical Writer, you will prepare and review documents such as Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and other appropriate documentation.  You will effectively translate both business and technical requirements into required deliverables.

From strategy to fulfillment to managed services, our engineering-centric solutions enable our clients to realize what it means for technology to do more.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and reviews customer facing documentation
  • Collaborate professionally with other team members
  • Provide constructive, timely and specific feedback to others.
  • Provide guidance to streamlining and process improvements
  • Develop reusable intellectual capital
  • Proofreads and corrects format discrepancies and general errors. 
  • Routinely informs appropriate parties of any content discrepancies.
  • Backup PMO Coordinator when needed with the SOW process administration
Requirements

Job Knowledge/Skills:

  • Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Able to perform a variety of complicated, detail-oriented assignments
  • Able to lead and direct the work of others, as required
  • Able to work with a wide degree of creativity and latitude
  • Highly-motivated to work well both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a communications or technical discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Relies on judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Extensive experience with conventions in form, structure, and notation of technical writing
