As an Accounts Receivable Analyst I, you will be part of the ePlus Finance team, responsible for collecting vendor and customer payments. You will work closely with sales and operations stakeholders to communicate with customers, reconcile payment histories, resolve issues and collect payments due.

From strategy to fulfillment to managed services, our engineering-centric solutions enable our clients to realize what it means for technology to do more.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of a portfolio of customers resolving all issues from shipment to final disposition and payment of product
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to resolve pricing discrepancies, shipment errors, return merchandise credits and PO issues
  • Contacting the customer through phone and email to resolve past due invoices, short payments, tax and receiving issues
  • Monitoring of portfolio to anticipate payment issues
  • Reconciliation of account payment histories
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly Ghost card travel report to verify that transactions are accurate
  • Perform account reconciliations and analyses of financial information
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • Develop, document and maintain practices and procedures
Requirements

Job Knowledge/Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Able to set goals and work independently

Education and Experience:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Customer service or call center background a plus
  • Experience with leasing a plus
